• What is the PDC?

  The People Development Cloud (PDC) is a people-focused platform to drive and accelerate transformations. Through the three basic modules common challenges are tackled. Competence gaps can be identified and displayed in a skill matrix so that individual re- and upskilling measures can be derived. It also equips managers with digital coaching tools and tracks the pulse of the organization in real time, enabling managers to respond in a targeted, timely and effective manner.

• We already have a Human Capital Management Suite in place, what would we need the PDC for?

  The PDC is intended to complement your already existing software landscape, not to replace it. By offering additional benefits and features, it can improve the overall performance and close gaps of the current HCM solution. Exemplarily this could be: tracking the completed trainings, making automated suggestions for the next training or reminding to renew a compulsory certificate. Especially in transformation projects in which organizations face a high level of uncertainty, it can be crucial to increase transparency and stay on top of all the developments and changes concerning the employees.

• We already have a survey tool, why would we need the PDC?

  The PDC is developed on the highest enterprise levels of privacy and security standards, which is not given using a free online version. Furthermore, the PDC’s survey tool already has an extensive pool of questions you can select from. Powerful software and swarm intelligence enable complex analysis, unlock new insights and create creative graphical representations. The PDC can also be migrated with other software as for example SAP which offers further automation potential.

• Which costs will be realistic?

  The costs will be calculated for your needs individually. It depends on the purpose of use, e.g., buy as a stand-alone solution or as complement to a consulting project, the number of modules required and the degree of individualization and therefore further development effort necessary.

• What ramp-up time can be expected?

  Some modules have a shorter implementation duration than others. Overall, the PDC can be described as a plug and play solution under the condition that there is no need for extensive adaptions in the software. Additional customization requests will of course add time to the implementation process, but will ultimately ensure efficiency and usability. Therefore, we would analyze your requirements together with you and derive a feasible implementation plan.

• Is it high maintenance after initial introduction?

  As of right now there should be low maintenance requirements for you. Of course, it might be necessary after a while to sharpen definitions, adjust skills accordingly or add new questions.
