To support secure and consistent access to sustainability data, an additional authorization role is now required for using the Sustainability Data Integration apps in SAP Sustainability Footprint Management. 

What’s new 
The role SUS_PFM_SDI_App_Viewer needs to be assigned to users who work with sustainability data integration functionality. 

What you need to know 
The new role is required in addition to the following existing roles: 

  • SUS_Replication_Viewer 
  • SUS_Replication_Expert 
  • SUS_Replication_Configuration_Viewer 
  • SUS_Replication_Configuration_Expert 

Impact 
Once the required roles are assigned, users can continue to access the following apps via the SAP Fiori launchpad without interruption: 

  • Manage Source Systems 
  • Manage Replications 
  • Configure Extensions for Replications 

We recommend reviewing user role assignments to ensure uninterrupted access to sustainability data integration features.
