ETM.next as a solution for cost pressure and future-proofing
In Europe, the IT budgets of companies across all sectors will only grow slightly by an average of 2.4% between 2024 and 2025. This is according to a recent study by Metrics and Voice, which is based on a survey of 234 European decision-makers in business and IT. Overall, growth is now continuing to fall for the third time in a row. At the same time, however, IT costs are rising. This development is in line with the current situation in the global economy.
IT teams in Europe are therefore under enormous and increasing cost pressure. The respective budget increases may not be enough. It is therefore not surprising that, according to the study, reducing IT costs will become more important in 2025. It currently ranks third among strategic IT topics. 46.4 percent of those surveyed already have a corresponding savings initiative in place.
Whether in the construction industry, the energy and utilities sector or the healthcare sector - this development also affects companies with fleet and equipment management, device management or tool management. For them, modern solutions such as ETM.next offer the opportunity to optimize their own operational processes. They also support IT teams in successfully implementing strategic goals such as cost reduction, increased efficiency and greater transparency.
ETM.next gives you and other companies system networking without data silos. The asset management software brings together relevant data on vehicles, machines or equipment from different sources centrally. This prevents inefficient operation and enables comprehensive analyses for well-founded decision-making.
As ETM.next is available as a SaaS solution (Software as a Service) in the cloud, you do not need your own hardware for asset life cycle management. This saves you large upfront investments and ensures cost efficiency during operation - a decisive advantage for your cost control. If required, you can also scale the asset management software flexibly. It grows with your company and meets your individual requirements at all times.
ETM.next also reduces the workload of your IT team through advanced functions and comprehensive automation. Among other things, this simplifies system maintenance and reduces maintenance costs.

IT security takes first place in the ranking of strategic IT topics in the Metrics and Voice study. Thanks to its zero-trust concept with role-based access management, ETM.next minimizes your company's attack surfaces and reliably protects sensitive data. You retain full control at all times - and end users are not restricted in terms of asset life cycle management.
Another advantage and key to greater transparency: ETM.next automatically documents every process in asset management, making everything fully traceable. The asset management software therefore provides an optimal basis for reporting and audits. As a result, it strengthens your company's adherence to compliance requirements in the long term.
ETM.next makes compliance possible with less effort.
