While the package is a step forward, the conversation will focus on whether deeper reforms are needed to eliminate red tape and streamline compliance.
CECE will present real-world examples, including concerns around the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and the shift toward digital compliance tools. The debate will center on whether these changes truly simplify processes or introduce new layers of complexity.
