  • Use case: Proof of concept – Industrial equipment manufacturer

    To support strategic decision-making around sustainability technology investments, a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment engaged in a structured Proof of Concept (PoC) with our team. The aim was to explore the value and capabilities of SAP Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM) for Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculations within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.

    Approach
    As part of the Proof of Concept, the client was provided with a temporary SAP SFM tenant hosted by our team for non-productive use. Selected product and emissions data were used to perform initial cradle-to-gate PCF calculations.
