The signature and the document are not in the foreground. We collect the data and can map an automated process. We integrate Agree&Sign into our customers' existing systems. Dark processing can be represented.

In addition to the image of the signature, biometric data is also captured and stored. A graphologist can subsequently use this biometric data to verify the signature's authenticity.

Does the eSignature have probative value in court?
Yes, the advanced and qualified eSignature has evidential value in courts of law.
Not yet, we are currently going through an audit to be a trusted service provider ourselves. We do not want to use a third-party service provider; we want to be independent.
Based on our experience, we assume an effort of approx. 5 person days for the setup and configuration of the platform. The setup will be billed on a time and material basis and coordinated in close cooperation with you.
